7 Chakras Journal

I have decided to start a Journal on the seven chakras. The first chakra is the base chakra which I am going to discuss in my first Journal. The base chakra is the first chakra to be opened. The base chakra is the bottom of the body, which is located from feet to lower hips. The base chakra is the spiritual link to the earth, and it is the most basic chakra of all the seven chakras. The base chakra is the starting point that brings energy to the seven chakras from base chakra to crown chakra.

The basic purpose of the base chakra is survival and life. It is the ability to sense danger and to look for safety. The base chakra relates to the basis of our everyday lives such as our home, relationships, work, past life, and present life. Even our world relates to the basis of the base chakra. The base chakra is a masculine chakra. The color of the base chakra is red, and the element is earth. The base chakra deals with the act and energy of making love. The base chakra is also considered to be a masculine active and aggressive chakra. The base chakra gives us pleasure to do physical activities such as dancing and playing sports.

The spiritual side of the base chakra is the feeling of pleasure and satisfaction like the feeling of love and happiness. Doing things we love makes us feel happy. Having fun is also another form of happiness. The base chakra rules our instinct for survival to meet basic human requirements like shelter, clothes, food, and sleep. The base chakra is the first chakra to be opened. The base chakra is where the search for the connection to the divine begins. The base chakra is when you realize your limitations that everything is not always perfect. Take a rest begin to relax by daydreaming and meditating. Imagine a healing light coming toward you. You can work on this chakra by using aroma, herbal, candle, and crystal therapy. The seven chakras will provide both physical and mental healing starting with the base chakra.
